Chima Casmir Ibeh
My name is Chima Casmir Ibeh. I am originally from Southeastern Nigeria. I have a background in Optometry and practiced for several years before transitioning into Community Health Research.
I have a Master’s degree in Community and Population Health Science from the University of Saskatchewan, where my research explored the impacts of free transportation on health, using Northern Saskatchewan as a case study. I also have an interest in health equity research.
I currently work as a research associate with Dr. Akram Mahani at the Johnson Shoyama Graduate School of Public Policy, University of Regina.
Fun fact: In my free time, I enjoy reading books and playing or watching soccer.
